Kick off for Sanford FIT Marathon and to continue to July 15th. Each day the participant (s) is to choose 2 healthy options to complete. Choices
would be a combination of the food, move, recharge & mood categories of
FIT. In the end you will be completing 150 healthy choices in those 75 days. There will be FIT choices and a FIT tracker avaialble for those who want to participate. It will be set up for the whole family to do together.
